The parish council provides a ‘multi-user games area’ within the playing fields in Wood Lane, Shilton for children of the two villages to enjoy.
Facilities include a slide, swings, climbing equipment, basketball hoop and goal area. The equipment undergoes a yearly safety inspection by an accredited assessor, along with more frequent checks by the parish council itself. However, if you observe a defect with any of the equipment within the play area, please contact the parish council clerk.
Conditions of use have been published to ensure the safe enjoyment of the facilities by everyone. The parish council requests that you, and those that you are responsible for, observe these at all times.
