Complaint Policy

Shilton & Barnacle Parish Council aims to provide a high quality service. However, there may be occasions when things go wrong and you wish to complain, either about the parish council as a whole, or about an individual councillor, or about the Clerk. If you do wish to complain, the code of practice that has been adopted by the parish council and is attached at the bottom of this page will help guide you as to the best way to do this, as well as explaining how the parish council will deal with your complaint once it has been received. If you do wish to submit a complaint, you should either contact the Clerk, or the Chairman.
